Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. The group was formed in 2009. The group is composed of Kendall Schmidt and James Maslow and also Logan Henderson and Carlos PenaVega. They signed their first contract with Nick Records in 2009 before transferring to Columbia Records. They appeared on Nickelodeon's television series, Big Time Rush. The show ran from November 28, 2009, to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode included "Big Time Rush" The group's initial promotional single.
